Verify Nation Stride
Nation Stride Property Solutions LLC performs authorized property, site, verification, documentation, and field-reporting assignments for organizations that require information from a physical location.
If a Nation Stride field representative has contacted you or visited a property or business, contact the company using the official information shown here. When possible, provide the property address and any non-sensitive assignment information available to you.
Nation Stride may confirm company or assignment information only to the extent the company is authorized to disclose it. Client, property, borrower, and assignment information may be subject to confidentiality or contractual restrictions.

02Scope in the field
Field Work & Reporting
Nation Stride performs assignment-specific, visual, and non-invasive property, site, and field-reporting services.
Work is limited to the questions, access, documentation, and reporting requirements established for the applicable assignment. Observations are limited to conditions visible and reasonably accessible within the authorized scope at the time of the visit. Some conditions may be concealed or inaccessible, and conditions may change after the visit.
Photographs, field notes, and reports document observations made for the assigned purpose. They do not represent that every possible condition or defect has been identified.
03Status observations
Occupancy & Property Status
Occupancy and property-status reporting is based on visible indicators, assignment-specific information, and observations available at the time of the field visit.
A report concerning occupancy or vacancy is observational—not an independent legal determination of residency, domicile, possession, abandonment, tenancy, ownership, or right of occupancy.
The presence or absence of a person at a particular time does not, by itself, establish legal occupancy status.
04Property entry
Authorized Access
Field representatives must follow the access instructions and authorization applicable to the assignment. Interior, secured, or otherwise restricted areas are entered only when authorized.
Nation Stride does not perform forced entry or independently authorize access to property.
05Directed field actions
Client-Supplied Documents & Delivery
Where a client assigns delivery, placement, posting, photography, or documentation of a letter, card, notice, or other document, the document is supplied or approved by the client. Nation Stride performs only the assigned field action and documents that action as required.
Unless separately and expressly contracted for a legally authorized service, Nation Stride does not independently select a legal notice, determine a document's legal sufficiency, validate a debt, determine whether foreclosure, eviction, or repossession is appropriate, demand payment, or provide legal advice.
A photograph, timestamp, location record, or field notation may document the field action performed. It is not an independent legal opinion that statutory service, jurisdictional notice, or other legal requirements were satisfied. Questions about the content or legal effect of a client-supplied document should be directed to its sender.
06Who reports are for
Reports, Purpose & Reliance
Nation Stride reports are prepared for the commissioning client and authorized recipients for the purpose identified by the applicable assignment. Field reports reflect assignment-specific observations made at a particular time. They are not warranties or guarantees that every condition has been identified or will remain unchanged.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly establishes otherwise, a Nation Stride field report is not a comprehensive buyer/seller home inspection, appraisal, formal valuation, engineering or structural opinion, environmental assessment, building-code inspection, construction certification, insurance-adjusting determination, title opinion, legal opinion, or warranty of property condition.

Website Terms
This website provides general information about Nation Stride Property Solutions LLC and its field-service capabilities.
Submitting an inquiry, market-availability request, or field-network application does not require Nation Stride to accept an assignment, establish field availability, enter a service or contractor relationship, guarantee contractor work, establish a territory, or promise any volume, frequency, compensation, or income.
Assignment-specific obligations arise from the applicable written client agreement, accepted work order, or other written authorization. A separately executed agreement controls the assignment-specific obligations it governs.
Nation Stride's name, logo, and original brand materials may not be used in a way that falsely suggests authorization, representation, or affiliation.
08Independent field representatives
Field Network
Nation Stride may use independent field representatives to perform authorized assignments.
Submitting a field-network application is only a request to be considered for potential assignments. It does not by itself establish employment or a contractor relationship and does not guarantee work, territory, volume, frequency, or income.
Any future contractor relationship is subject to a separate written agreement and applicable law. Field representatives are expected to follow accepted assignment requirements, access limitations, and professional field-conduct standards.

Privacy
Nation Stride receives information voluntarily provided when someone contacts the company, requests service, or applies to the field network. Depending on the interaction, this may include contact and company information, geographic availability, field experience, availability, assignment information, and information included in an email or attachment.
The public inquiry and first-stage application tools currently used on this website prepare information in the user's email application. Information entered into those tools is not transmitted to Nation Stride through the form itself until the user reviews the prepared message and presses Send.
Nation Stride may use information received to respond to inquiries; evaluate service requests or field-network applications; communicate about business relationships; administer assignments; maintain business records; protect the company and its systems; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Website, network, email, security, and other technology providers may process routine technical or communication information as needed to provide their services. Nation Stride does not represent that Internet or email transmission is completely secure.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking or payment credentials, tax documents, driver's-license numbers, passwords, online-banking information, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through a public inquiry or first-stage application.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to service providers acting for Nation Stride, when authorized by the person or organization providing it, when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or security.
Nation Stride may retain business records for legitimate operational, contractual, legal, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes. No specific retention period is promised here because needs vary by record type and purpose.
This website may link to third-party services or websites, whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Nation Stride's website and services are intended for business and field-service purposes and are not designed for use by children.

10Role boundaries
Compliance & Role Boundaries
Nation Stride's primary role is field observation, documentation, photography, verification, and reporting.
Nation Stride does not present its ordinary field-reporting services as appraisal, engineering, structural engineering, public adjusting, insurance adjusting, legal services, debt collection, law enforcement, property-preservation labor, repair contracting, or security services.
Field representatives do not independently determine loan status, foreclosure rights, insurance coverage, legal ownership, title rights, or entitlement to possession.
