How scope is defined
Nation Stride operates through a client-assigned work-order model. Each assignment may include a property or business location, inspection questions, required photographs, contact instructions, access instructions, completion deadlines, submission requirements, and client-specific procedures. Scope can vary by occupancy status, access, and client instruction — occupied assignments may require exterior-only documentation, while vacant or accessible properties may require authorized interior and exterior reporting.
We coordinate field assignments, provide inspectors with the required instructions, review completed work when required, and submit the final reporting to the client.
What we deliberately do not do
Nation Stride is an inspection and reporting company — not a preservation, repair, or valuation contractor. We do not perform:
- Repairs, maintenance, or construction
- Property-preservation labor of any kind
- Lock changes, rekeying, or forced entry
- Evictions or movement of personal belongings
- Debris removal, lawn care, or winterization
- Utility activation or repairs
- Appraisals or formal property valuations
- Engineering, environmental, mold, asbestos, or pest inspections
- Buyer or seller home inspections
- Debt or payment collection
- Security services or vehicle repossession
- Process serving
Our inspectors do not force entry, alter locks, move personal property, or interfere with occupants. Properties are documented exactly as found.
